Due to the nature of our Rare Bears and our commitment to the ladies of KyaSands, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We understand that customer satisfaction is essential, so we strive to provide detailed product descriptions and images to ensure you have a clear understanding of what you're purchasing. If your Rare Bear arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.
